Limitations of License: No license is granted hereunder for the use of the PROPERTY for any purpose other than upon or in connection with the LICENSED ARTICLES. No license is granted hereunder for the manufacture, sale or distribution of LICENSED ARTICLES to be used as premiums, in combination sales as giveaways, or to be disposed of under similar methods of merchandising without the consent of Owner, which approval may be withheld in Owner’s sole discretion. Licensee will ensure that any manufacturers of products bearing or marketed under the PROPERTY are in compliance with, and not in violation of, any laws, regulations, orders, decrees or rules applicable to the production, marketing or distribution of such goods or to the operations of Licensee or its manufacturers. Licensee and its manufacturers will take all necessary steps to ensure that no product bearing or marketed under the PROPERTY are produced using child, forced, indentured, involuntary, or prison (or other uncompensated) labor. Licensee will take all steps necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, orders, decrees or rules, international agreements, or any other law or treaty applicable to the international sale of goods, including without limitation, the prevention of false documentation, counterfeit visas, or transshipments to evade quota restrictions/restraints. Additionally, Licensee and its manufacturers shall have written environmental, safety and health policies and standards, and shall implement the necessary systems and policies to minimize negative impacts on the environment, reduce work-related injury and illness, and promote the general health of employees.

ライセンスの制限：本契約においてライセンスは、許諾品目におけるまたそれに関連した知的財産の使用以外の目的では付与されることはない。本契約においてライセンスは、景品として、無料サンプルとして販売と組み合わせて、または、所有権者の承認なく類似の商品化計画により処分するために使用される許諾品目の製造、販売または流通には付与されることはない。また当該承認は、所有権者の独自の裁量において保留することができる。ライセンシーは、知的財産を元に生産・販売される製品は、当該商品の生産、販売・流通、またはライセンシーあるいはその製造業者の操業に対して適用される、すべての法令、規定、命令、法規および規則を遵守し、これに違反しないことを保証する。ライセンシーおよびその製造業者は、知的財産を元に生産・販売した製品が、子供の、強制的な、契約上の、不本意な、または受刑者の（あるいはその他非保証の）労働力を使ったものでないことを保証する。ライセンシーは、適用されるすべての関税法、規定、命令、法規および規則、国際協定、または不正文書、偽造ビザ、数量制限をまぬがれるための積み替えを含むがこれに限定されない、商品の海外販売に適用されるその他の法令あるいは条約の、遵守を確実にするために必要なあらゆる手段を講じるものとする。また、ライセンシーおよびその製造業者は、書面による環境的安全衛生政策基準を準備し、環境への悪影響を最小化し、就労中の傷害および疾患を減らし、従業員の総体的健康を促進するために必要な体制および方針を実施しなければならない。
